  • PAP Smear
    You will be recommended to: Schedule appointment at least 5 days post menstruation. Avoid consuming red meat and iron supplements 3 days prior to the PAP smear. Wear a 2-piece outfit (top and bottoms) for the PAP smear. Avoid sexual intercourse, use of spermicides, vaginal creams/medications, lubricants and tampons 48 hours before the PAP smear.   • Health Screening Review
    Please bring along the following for identifcation purposes: NRIC/Work Permit/Passport Company letter, authorisation letter or staff pass (if available) Medical report, radiology films from last health screening Make a booking here
  • Urine and Stool Test
    You will be recommended to: Fast for at least 8 hours before your screening Drink plain water during fast Postpone your screening if feeling unwell Wear loose-fitting clothes Omit diabetic medication until after breakfast Consume regular chronic medications Do the test at least 5 days before or after menstruation Make a booking here

    Statutory Medical Examinations are mandated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and can be conducted onsite or at Dr Panda Medical Centre.
